How do you stop yourself from going red from drinking alcohol? Is there anything you can eat or drink to prevent this?

Don't drink too much. If you are going red then I would suggest it is your body's way of telling you it doesn't like too much alcohol.

there is a make up you can buy its green and made by no 7 trouble is you have to use a light foundation over it......you put the green cream where you go red which is usually cheeks rub it in then put on foundation, you will find you look really pale....then add alittle blush because no colour will show through AT ALL it really works i have used this kind of make up for over 30 years and it really works.....the funny thing is is sounds as though you would look as though you have loads of make up on but it dosent......it is worth investing in a tube just to try ........hope you are happy with results....would love to hear how you get on...........
