That the dressing table I ordered for the guest room was flat pack. It's just arrived. That's today sorted and probably the weekend.

Toolbox is out........injuries predicted?

Auld Cyril, the rustic farmer, had a tractor as auld as he was and it died so he went to the local agricultural show to look for a new one.
As he was gazing in awe at the shiny new models a salesman came up to him and gave him all the spiel and ended up by saying 'of course there would be a discount for cash.'
Cyril nodded wisely and said 'Ooh arrh.'
He then went to the beer tent for a wet still puzzling over 'discount', a word he hadn't heard before.
He got his beer and sid to the buxom barmaid, 'Can you help oi, deary?'
She smiled at him and said, 'If I can.'
He said, 'What's discount, me pet?'
She said 'It's something you take off for cash.'
Cyril ponders awhile and says, 'So 'ow much would 'ee take off for £30,000 then?'
A moment later she replies 'Can I keep my cammo basque on please?'



It's supposed to be earrings but - you know......

Finished...stepped back to admire my handywork and could hear Jingle Bells playing. Wow I thought...the little people are congratulating me. Then realised it's the door bell I put up for Christmas.
It's the flat pack desk for my workroom. It can jolly well wait....looks like a two woman, two bottles of wine job. x
