Make a paste of bicarbonate of soda and water. Clean the fridge with this. Works every time.

graham and Mr Zappa beat me to it, bi-carb is your friend, you can also leave a small dishfull inside the fridge it will absorb smells.

Cut an onion in half and place it in the fridge.

Or maybe you could try this.......Cut and squeeze a lemon the fill one of the halves with salt and leave in the fridge over-night
