( company where i work )

Driver of car leaves vehicle and walks away down the road
Police does nothing to stop him .
A colleague ascertains from one of the officers that all they wanted to speak to him about was his tinted windows .

Driver returns .
3 more police cars have now arrived on the scene .

A search is now being made of the vehicle .

Hang on he has now being read his rights and has now been handcuffed and arrested
