TV Tuner Device

I bought an all-in-one-laptop which came with an analog TV (TV Card) and it has power Cinema as well, but anytime i try the TV by following the instructions in the manual it comes up as 'No TV Tuner Device'. Can anyone please help me on how to go about it.

Check Device Manager to see if it is listed and if so whether the drivers have been installed.
