Hi there I am getting severe cramps lower right hand side of my stomach when I breathe in. I have also had very bad lower back pain the last couple of days and been prescribed solpadol which helps but tonight the pain is getting worse I was wondering if it was perhaps a UTI as I have been going to the loo 3-4 times an hour over the last few days. i have not been sick have a normal appetite and did not have pain over the centre of my stomach so i dont think appendicitis

could be
I should call nhs 24 gordie, sorry to hear of your pain,I don't want to worry you but sometimes appendicitis starts with pain in the centre of lower abdomen,so better checked out.
How old are you? when you press into the painful area, does it hurt more on pressing down or when you release?
I'd go to a GP. Could well be a UTI that has either gone to or come from a kidney.
