I have some nice turkey steaks for tonight, how I cook them so they don't dry out, my dear one is back on his diet so don't want anything too fatty or oily, and we both hate garlic, ideas please.

id casserole it in mushroom soup
I support Mallyh's suggestion. As an alternative though, casserole the steaks in dry cider with onions.
Or a stir Fry might be nice
try using roasting bags - add a little water an a chicken oxo if you want - but they stay tender and juicy without the fat
I cook mine, in my lean grilling machine! - doesn't dry them out.

thanks everyone, I went with the mushroom soup idea since I happened to have a tin, but the other ideas will be tried as well over the next few, as this diet must work.
Cooking them in a slow cooker with whatever makes them keep their juices. Make low fat cooking now an everyday way of cooking and you'll not need to be 'on diets'. Eating low fat mince, chicken without the skin and fish makes a difference.
I adore my slow cooker, cook most things in it if I can.
