Ed - Horrible Flashing Advert

I don't take much notice of the ads here, but one for FXGM FX Global Markets that I've just been bombarded with flashes so harshly and so quickly I would imagine it could be positively dangerous to people with epilepsy. Not good.

It's still there and it is horrible. I have a balance problem and just seeing it in the corner of my eye makes me feel sick. We get used to adverts appearing everywhere these days but this one is bad.

Morning Ed - same advert is bugging me this morning. Long panel on the left, under topics. I have been in 2 topics, so far, and it was there in both.

shedman, that's what worries me most. Something like this could be dangerous to anyone with health issues such as yours.

Hi naomi, it's not very pleasant. It doesn't sound like they have got rid of it either. I can only look at the screen for short periods anyway and when I see this thing flashing I have to turn it off and come back later. I know the ads pay for the site but this one is a real pain.

Ed, that same advert is still appearing, this time on the long left panel, under latest posts. (It makes me think I have imbibed more Courvoisier than I have - possibly.)
