go to FB, vclick on the vid, the highlight the address. Once highlighted hold down and control v, then come back to AB, go on comment and hold down control and c. Wallah, the post (should) appear

Eccles I'm a bit gormless with things like that,still haven't managed an avatar on AB.(When I do,I will be tall,slim and gorgeous) It was funny the other night,my daughter put some old photos on FB and my grandson put one up as my profile,but it was taken about 30 years ago.Then he said "Grandma,you've really aged quite well" Creep.
