Sib...I have a redundant wine thermometer if you would like it. OH was a pain about drinking wine at the correct temperature.......do you know i sometimes had to wait for a drink...sod that!

It's not obligatory, but rosé is just a tinted white. If you chill white, then chill rosé.

I remember an interview years ago in one of the sunday newspapers with the owner of the Mateuse company. When he was asked about Mateuse Rose, the owner couldn't reply for several minutes - he was laughing his head off. Told me something.

I would pour it all over the front lawn...at this time of year that should do all the chilling necessary !
