if you have someones name and you know they have interests in companies but you don't know the name of the company is there anyway to find out?

If the company is a Limited Company, then you can try doing a Director's search on Companies House - here is there contact details. They have a very helpful helpline.

Another way that I have had success with is just to Google using the name and try and find any links back a Company. Its hit and miss but with so much power in websearching these days, it might turn up something.
