Something very strange is happening - maybe it's me but thought some kind person could help please?

As you know I have been having these stupid "Reported Attack Site" messages for about 2 weeks now, everyone else's seem to have disappeared but mine is still the same, despite clearing cookies, doing malware scans (found nothing) and following every other bit of advice I've been given. I am using Firefox. Sometimes I reply to a post and it doesn't even go through, most frustrating, at other times it does and it seems I can just ignore and bypass the red line warning of Reported Attack.

I have posted Ed in Suggestions to ask him what I can do but no reply as yet.

Today I decided to open AB in Internet Explorer, copy the link and paste it in a link on an email addressed to myself so I can open the site through there using IE. The email came through and when I clicked the link (which remember was using Internet E) - it had said IE at top of AB page before I copied the link, it actually opened it in Firefox. I had already tried to save the AB site to my Desktop and it didn't even appear as an icon. What am I doing wrong please as I am tearing my hair out? :)

Firefox is your default browser, so the link opened in that. If you want links to open in IE, then you need to set IE as your default browser.

Ah thanks Ed, I understand now, sorry I'm a bit thick, you have to be patient with us oldies ;)
Try downloading and re-installing FF over the top of the existing FF. ie, without re-moving your existing installation.

The latest version of FF is 19.0
