Same Estate Agent As Sellers?

we have seen a house that we love and want to buy it ,we have decided to sell ours with the same estate agents as the one who is selling our dream house.would there be any conflict of interest do you think?cos he wants to get the best price for her as well as us?

I'm sorry I don't follow you're 'logic'. The vendors estate agent will want to get the best price regardless of who you sell with. I don't see the connection.
It's win double for them, they won't mind knocking a few grand of the house you are buying if they are going to get a fat wedge off you.
I doubt it. If you sell yours through them and buy another that's also with the same Estate Agents, they are getting fees/commission for selling two houses - yours and the one you are buying.

If you sell yours with someone else and buy the other, the Estate Agent is only getting the fees from one sale so I'm sure he would rather have you both with him!
If you use the same Estate Agent try to negotiate a discount on the commission that they will charge you.
