Frogs

I have recently moveds house and had several garden ponds removed. This week the ground is heavin g with literally hundreds of green and black frogs. I have contacted Environmental Health and RSPCA asking how to get rid of them but with no success. Please can someone help. I cannot even leave a door open.

They are under threat from disease and habitat loss in the UK.
Transporting them can induce stress and possibly increase the spread of disease ie 'Red leg syndrome'
Hopefully the frogs and possibly other amphibians will move on to pastures new of their own accord, if there is somewhere else near-by.
It may help if you can contact a local wildlife trust or the environment agency for help and advice.
