On one mision you can go to liberty city, can you go there again and if so how? Before the end of that mission could i have had look round the city, i was so excited about going back to grand theft auto3 that i just did the mission really quickly

No - you cant wander out of the confines of that stage (inside the restaraunt and in the car park)
