With all the rubbish teeny-bopper manufactured music in the charts and yet more to come with Fame Academy 2 and Pop Idol 2. Why don't they have a teeny-bopper top 40 chart instead of them clogging up the proper top 40 charts?
Simply because the charts always has been that.....the Beatles and the Stones were the teeny-bopper music of their day (admittedly with bucket loads more talent and subatance over style)
Don't let it bother you. I gave up being interested in what was No.1 years ago. "Artists" only need to sell half-a-dozen singles to get into the top ten anyway. Just enjoy your own musical tastes.
I work for HMV and unfortunatly I have to listen to this teeny cr@p all day on most days. It is such a shame thatall this manufactured music is in the charts, I remeber when I was really young that companies had to discontinue albums to make them fall out of the charts but now your lucky if they stay in for more than a month.
But unless the teeny's stop buying this rubbish they will keep being fed it.
