Even if you are a transgender there comes a point in a relationship with someone that you're going to have to tell the other person that. Still, the judge was convinced and I've only got 3 lines from a Daily Mail article to go on, so maybe I have missed something.
May be an idea if the arrangement is reciprocal.

In some circumstances hiding your gender isn't an issue; trying to get individuals to be attracted to the gender they have no wish to be intimate with, sounds a good example of where it is an clear issue. In any case a transgender person who is entering a relationship with someone has a moral duty to advise the potential partner that they are mimicking the gender they were not born. Many would be very uncomfortable, to say the least, at such a situation, and have a right to know; not to be deceived.
