Hello, i would like to ask, how do i obtain a video that was used against me as evidence in the police station after i was arrested, but i was then later released with NFA?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Did you have a solicitor? They could perhaps get the evidence for you??

No i didnt have a solicitor i'm afraid

ask for it. if they won't give it to you they can tell you why, and how you can apply for it (if you can).

why not? that's what I would do.

I'm not sure why you want it, but I suspect you may not be entitled to it.. no harm in asking though

Why do you want it, if you were never charged ?

all sorts of reasons..... including the police made statements that are refuted by the later disclosed video

Pure? Moi, PP? After years dealing with police and defendants, I don't think anyone could be described as pure ! I wanted know the reason, to see whether there was any cause to force disclosure.

NFA (No Further Action) means that UNLESS further info comes to light then that's it .... mind you they can keep your DNA on record IF it was taken!
Wouldn't worry about it obviously nothing in any video that could used for a charge!

Why make a song and dance about this. Concentrate on behaving yourself and you won't come into contact with them again.
