Can the latest upcoming storyline with Debbie kidnapping Chas at gunpoint get any dafter? I am losing interest in this soap more and more each day.

They've made Debbie into some sort of gangster. The writers did the same with the Lindsay Corkhill character in Brookside some years ago, and it was the downfall of that particular programme. The Emmerdale writers would do well to remember that! TOTALLY unbelievable.

If soaps were only allowed three episodes per week, I'm sure they wouldn't have to invent stupid stories to fill the five or six episodes we have now.

Didn;t his relative come looking at one point, then we never saw her again.
