How long should you expect a parcel to arrive once paid through Paypal? Parcel purchased from UK. What happens if it doesnt arrive? Thanks.

I assume that you are also in the UK.

Always check the seller's feedback before bidding.

Give the seller the benefit of the doubt, he/she probably has a full-time job and can't just pop down to the post office.

Wait a reasonable amount of time, based on what postage method you paid for.

Contact the seller before considering complaining to Ebay, and/or leaving negative feedback.

couldnt agree more with the above suggestions but would also point out that if you send an email to the seller then you can usually guage what type of person they are by the reply they send (if they ignore your email following the guidelines on ebay help).

not there in less then 5 days email to find out where i have full time job longer hours then post offices but if you put it for sale and it's bought then you should deliver it asap, Don't wait more then 10 days or you've been had

I've got this problem at the moment too. Except just after I paid by PalPal Ebay removed the listing. I have contacted the seller by email who said it was no problem and he would put it in the post as soon as the payment arrived. That was ago week today. Just emailed him again waiting for reply.
After that I think its best to go to PayPal. Well thats what Ebay told me to do if all else failed. If I read it correctly they will repay upto �500 but it will depend on your individual case and it may take some time.Its a pain and its put me off Ebay to be honest. Ebay are useless they sit on the fence because obviously they're working for both sides. Good Luck.
