Heat some olive oil up until it's warm. Stick it on a loofah and give them a good scrub. Then soak a flannel in water as hot as you can stand it and lie it on your face, or steam your face in a facial sauna or over a bowl whichever is easiet and appeals most. Then have a good squeeze and get any relatively easy to remove out. don't go to town on the really stubbourn ones or you will bruise your face. Finally rinse with cold water. Repeat this daily until they're all gone.

gently buff the tip with an emery board - just a tiny bit to take away a tiny bit of the point so it doesn't scratch, but you want the point there
gently manouver the tip into the edges of the bh and it should squeeze out.
also try those nose strips that you put on wet and then peel off when dry.
