Someone has given me a home brew beer kit to make. My question is that the BBE is January 2012 on the unopened can of MOLT. Will it be safe to still make or would it be a no. Thanks

Will give me the experience for next time round
It's in a tin. I suspect it'd be fine.
Remember it won't be cold, sparkling, you need a flash cooler for that, and most possibly be cloudy, yo need finings
The tin of malt will be fine but the yeast may be dead - better to buy some new beer yeast.
