Aphids On Cherry Tree

i'm no gardener. don't know a weed from a flower. but for the last few years my cherry tree has had these black things on the leaves that make the leaves curl under. been on line and identified them as aphids. but how do I get did of them? any help greatly appreciated.

Most years my non fruiting cherry tree has blackfly on the ends of every twig but as I very rarely use any chemicals and it's too big to tackle anyway I leave them to it. The ladybird larvae have a feast.

How big is the tree? If I get something that is covered I blast it with the hose, high pressure jet.

it dont damage the fruit to leave for the Ladybird Fest followed by a Starling crescendo after which you can pick pecked pips

I was just about to offer the exact, same advice.

A couple of days ago, I noticed a cluster of black fly on the growing tip of my lovely young Acer (vine maple). Luckily I had my hose to hand, turned it on to jet setting and said go ahead make my day suckers, as I blasted them to Timbuktu and boy, did I feel good!
Any ways, I've not seem them suckers since!
