A Cabinet minister spoke at a meeting of a group which is boycotted by her own Government for its promotion of terrorist recruiters and its “failure to fully challenge terrorist and extremist ideology”.
Excellent post, Orderlimit. The article by Douglas Murray hits at the very root of the problem – and it does it superbly. Yes, we do need to tackle the scourge on humanity that is radical Islam – and the sooner we recognise that the better for every peaceful law-abiding citizen in this country, whatever their colour or creed. Islamists have far more...
Baroness Warsi is a hypocrite.
If she is such a good Muslim perhaps she could explain why, when she was married to her first husband, did she commit adultery and run off with the man who is now her second husband.
Thanks for the upload re: the challenges from Pat Condell, Birdie. (Agree with the comments about police action in general, which you may have seen first hand). Thanks for the info.
I can't help wondering why so few have responded to this question. It's an extremely important issue. Perhaps some ABers are suffering from 'head in the sand' syndrome.
Hi Naomi, I agree, and I am sorry that I can't get online much to discuss this serious but neglected subject, maybe I should have posted this in the busier News section.
The "Jihadist Islamo Fascists" literally get away with murder, and it is wrong of anti fascist groups to offer them succour by demonstrating against the EDL.
Naomi - //I can't help wondering why so few have responded to this question. //
For my own part I have plenty to say on this subject and on the subject of religion in general.
It is a subject which I feel passionately about because if it is not tackled then my grandchildren may well not enjoy the freedoms and benefits that our wonderful country provides at the moment.
Unfortunately I have taken my concerns to other forums on the net because recently on AB there seems to be an apologist's mindset prevailing which tries to make excuses and follow the middle ground on every post about religion.

The result of conditioning, I suspect. Religion must be exempt from criticism - no matter what it promotes - and even if people don't agree with what is happening, they must be seen to be politically correct. Conditioning!
