E-Mail Failure

My main e-mail address keeps failing to deliver my e-mails. It says something about 500+ failure and keeps returning 554 when I click on it. 554 being part of a massive page. Does anyone have a clue what I'm talking about or, better still, know how to restore my e-mails. Needless to say I shall be eternally grateful. Thank-you

You need to contact Mimecast then as something in your mails is triggering their anti-spam measures, possibly an automatic privacy disclaimer or somesuch.

Meant to add. Its a Blackberry Curve phone, if that makes any difference.

This is the 554 it keeps high-lighting. Does this help?
/// Email rejected due to security policies

A signature was detected, which could either be a virus signature, or a spam score over the maximum threshold.

Anti-virus checks cannot be bypassed, and the sender should be notified.  Anti-spam checks can be bypassed using a Permitted Senders Policy or an Auto Allow entry///.
I've tried clicking on those 2. They seem (apart from being in Gobbledy-Gook) to be about incoming e-mails.

Thank-you very much,for answering, Sophia.
Not sure I understood much, no let's be honest, any of it.
I'm quite old and self-taught so I know nothing.
Looks like a trip to the phone shop for me.
I was sort of hoping someone would say 'press the red button twice and the green one once' or similar.
But,once again, thank-you.
Ok, press the red button twice and the green one once. Did it work?
That will be because Sophia's answer has nothing to do with your problem but is spam.
It sounds as if the first email to try to come to you is suspected of being dodgy, can you access your mail via webmail to delete the first mail in the queue and see if that helps.
Question Author
Oh dear, iwas going to switch to main site and give Sophia 'best answer'.
I deleted all the e-mails I'd received but that didn't work.
Nor did the red/green button Ayg.
Question Author
That was to Ratter not Ayg. I'm going potty. And I fed up.
I think you need to get to the mails before they're delivered to your phone, who is your email with?
Question Author
I don't know, sorry, Fitzer. A young chap set all that up for me when I got the phone. (He's at uni, 400miles away)
The people who sent the fail messages are 'mimecast' and 'kbid'. Did Sophia's message mention 'kbid'? Hope we haven't done her a disservice.
I'll google those 2 names & see if that helps.
Well what's the bit after the @ in your email address, that should give us some pointers
Question Author
Its got .co.uk at the end.
The bit after the @ and before the .co.uk I meant
Question Author
That's my Ltd company, Fitzer.
I don't think I'd better publish that here.
Question Author
I've received 3 or 4 e-mails this morning, just can't send them.
You need to contact Mimecast then as something in your mails is triggering their anti-spam measures, possibly an automatic privacy disclaimer or somesuch.
Question Author
Thank-you for all your help, Fitzer.
As its 'doing my head in' I'll come back to it later and let you know what happens.
Ps. Looked on lap-top & I think its Mozilla Messaging and or Mozilla Thunderbird, if that means anything. Cheers.
Question Author
Fitzer. Turns out I'm blocked from e-mailing because I'm a Spammer.
Well I think that's the gist of it. Nonsense, of course.
I wonder is this a common occurrence?
Got a lad looking into it today.
