Mm Links Results June 2013 Week 5
7 Answers
Manxiemo's stint as setter has now ended and June's final game has ended.
I can now reveal that 'Manx Queenie' chose the following links.
GRAMMAR SCHOOL
HOLIDAY CAMP
FIELD MOUSE
COTTAGE HOSPITAL
So did your mind dwell in the past? Could you recall what was around in the 50s? Before the days of comprehensives, before the package holiday boom and before hospitals were run by 'Care Trusts' - Yes, 'The Good Old Days'.
Although scores were a little on the low side, like last week we managed to find a triple-hitter. Find out who below.

The lucky ones earning two points were:
Tearinghair who found GRAMMAR SCHOOL
Deecee131 who spent this weekend at a HOLIDAY CAMP
Owllady who went for a check-up at the COTTAGE HOSPITAL
and Owllady and Brenden who were not afraid of the FIELD MOUSE
Thereafter only single points were on offer.
Amongst them though was one who matched all except 'Holiday Camp'. I mean of course CHRIS-Hewat.

2 middlestump
2 tearinghair
1 boxtops
1 patchett
1 x-ray
As you see, last week's runners-up failed to score this weekend so Ulysses100 retained his six point lead to make him the clear champion for June.

7 Aquagility, Brenden, CHRIS-Hewat
6 Strix
5 pixie373, seekeerz, x-ray

That leaves me with who will be chosen to be our setter for July?
It really is a no-brainer with one so far ahead of the pack.
Furthermore, Ulysses100 hasn't set the links since 2010 when Crofter was still in charge.

Because Ulysses100 previously dealt with Crofter, I do not have an email contact for Ulysses.
I therefore ask you (or anyone who can assist) to contact me on my usual address of:

Thank you.
It only remains for me to specifically thank the current setter, Manxiemo, for her contributions this month that have kept you all entertained throughout June.
You may relax once again Mo.
Will Ulysses100 make contact?
Will there be a game for you next weekend?
Find out next Saturday,
Until then,
Same time (9am)
Same place (Q&P)
