Mr Alba received a letter yesterday, can't do anything about the contents until Monday, nothing serious, more annoying than anything else.
(If it was that serious, then they'd have posted it first class)

However, it was me who had a lousy night's sleep last night, alternating between fuming and furious :-)

Stamp your feet and swear randomly....situations that you can't do much about don't respond to much corrective action but stomping is quite calming!

I think it was the tone of the letter which me, and as his phone has no record of any missed calls or unanswered calls, the letter writer can go and bile his heid
(translates as go and boil his head!)
