I have just made a Spaghetti Bolognese and it's simmering away nicely for later.
When it comes to preparing the garlic, I always dither. Chop it finely, crush it in the garlic press or break it up with the blade of a big knife?

What's the best way?

We used to do all of those Tilly2, now we buy the small jars of "Lazy Garlic" Its very convenient and keeps ages in the fridge door.
I love garlic and usually crush it.
I used a garlic press. You don't even need to peel it then.
