Hairdressers Who Know How to Perm & Colour Chinese Hair

I have chinese hair and am looking for a hairdresser in central London that can give me a soft perm with waves without making me look like a poodle. Also one that can lighten chinese hair without making it turn orange? Any takers?

Mahoganys are very good at colouring, I went to the one in Oxford but I know they have salons in London. I dont have chinese hair but it is black, the problem is when you have black hair the base colour is red. You need to combat this by going for "ash" colours.The ashy colour never stays and then you spend years growing out the red, not worth I have been natural for a few years now. Cant comment on the perm as I already have very curly hair.
