Why did,nt the asian protester who was dressed as a suicide bomber get arrested in london yesterday.

From what i gather london is still on some kind of ALERT since the underground bombings, so what made the police think he posed no threat ?

He was eventually lifted and thrown in jail! But I totally agree with everybody on here saying he should have been shot! It was a thoroughly tactless and insensitive act of contempt towards us brits, who undoubtedly finance him through blairs vultures (IR)!
