I just had a cigar on the high street and for once i wasn't tutted at, told "Do you know a cigar's like 15 cigarettes" or told the smoke was in peoples and faces and it's clear why, all the handwringers are on here! Really? Well seeing that 98% or so of rubbish is food or drink, cans bottles cartons and packets should we ban drinking and eating in public? Public chewing gum chewing? What about confetti at weddings or balloons at funfairs? These all cause rubbish bigger and heavier in bulk then cigarette butts? I don't condone litter at all and carry around a personal disposable ashtray device but let's think things through before posting odd notions.
