Not unless it's come in very recently - and they rarely bother checking signatures either, not even a pretence a lot of the time.

yes, but most will just run your card through like a regular credit card. take a picture ID because some vendors require it when you use credit cards.

I was in Las Vegas last week and didn't use Chip and Pin once.....they did ask me for my passport/ ID on every debit / credit card transaction I made.
