I found a biscuit barrel and can't seem to find out much about it? This is what is on the bottom of the barrel, W&R Store on Trent, Carlton Ware, Carnation, RgN No. 30945, 1732R. Can you help me to identify it's history?

I can't really help but are you sure it says store on Trent and not Stoke on Trent?
Question Author
It very well could be, since I've even used a magnifying glass with my glasses and don't know if the letter is a "r", "n", or "k". Thank you for the input.
It could be Stone which is also a pottery town in Stafffs.
Its made by Wilshaw and Robinson, Carlton Works, Stoke on Trent. See HERE
Or HERE to see an example of their marks.
Get over to A & L cos its worth a few bob!
