Bt Ripoff

My BT internet service started yesterday. I asked for sport. As of tonight, there is no sign of it. But the website(s) look fiendishly complicated. Is this a ripoff?

When I asked for the Sport mine took 2 days to appear.

I'm confused. What has BT sport got to do with your internet?
Have you got their set-top box?

BT Sport is available online and free to BT customers Mattk.

I would expect it to come online tomorrow normchurch. If t doesn't try ringing them rather than looking for online help.

Oh I see. I just applied for it and it activated within 2 minutes.

Difficult website? Not at all. Very easy I thought.

Thanks Maydup. It is now "tomorrow" and there's no sign of it. I've just been watching Dominic Littlewood's BBC consumer show and he's been giving BT a BIG serve. I'm starting already to wonder if I've made an equally big mistake.
