We are having gammon steaks tonight and although I am old enough and wise enough to know how to cook them, I was a bit concerned that there were absolutely no cooking instructions on the packet. I thought it would be on the reverse of the label, but nothing there. How are younger people supposed to learn how to cook. Should packaged raw meat have cooking instructions for health reasons anyhow?

If you buy gammon steaks in a packet they are already cooked and therefore only need reheating under the grill for about 7 mins on each side.
