Lasagne And Bechamel Sauce
5 Answers
Hi All
Can anyone help with suggestions please?
Making lasagne but I am finding that the pasta is soaking up all of the bechamel sauce making the lasagne very dry.
I am using no cook sheets but should I use fresh or par cook the dried pasta?
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Never pre-cooked sheets of lasagne, but made the sauce myself, which was always more on the runny side, not too thick, and the meat sauce was never too dry. Make sure you use good quality lasagne sheets, otherwise they go very starchy and not nice.
