Defrosted Freezer

Hiya,
we have a Hotpoint Freezer. Model RZ60 AND RZ80
I quickly defrosted to get a lot of loose ice that was there due to the freezer accidently being left partly opened by mistake.
The amber light is now as it should be, and soon has to show a green light.
Does anyone know where position the two outer switches should be to get the green light back on? It should be done in an hours time.
