I've not got much of an appetite but just made myself a bowl of chicken soup, bit cliché but hey :)

Also got some Ben & Jerry's Phish Food in the freezer, bit of an impulse buy as don't ever tend to buy ice cream, usually ice lollies for a more guilt free snack attack, but it was calling to me from the freezer cabinet. Am thinking a bit of that for the Great British Bake Off.

Tummy sick I don't tend to eat either. I'm chest infection/asthma gone bad sick so not eating much as not very hungry but was getting to the point of feeling quite faint so got myself lots of tins of soup and bread for toast - have marmite anyway :)
Better than mash... ;oP

Mash is for when you've no teeth in your gums... ;oP

Trouble with mash for me is that it isn't the best unless it's got proper butter in it so it's more of a treat thing.

Marmite is great, I love it.

The Ben & Jerry's turned out to be a good buy! Only had a little bit but nice and cooling for my throat so sure that counts as medicinal :)
My mother used to approach with a plate of tripe and I was instantly cured before she reached me.
