Are you fans of "Eggheads" (BBC2 6.00pm, weekdays).
Do you find that when Jeremy Vine is the host he usually manages to spoil the show by making an endless stream of inane remarks, alleged witticisms, half-hearted snide comments and pathetic attempts (all failures) to crank up the tension.

It's OK, getting a bit boring. Jeremy Vine's faults and all the other niggles I have of some of the eggheads even if all added up together don't come close to the irritation I feel towards Daphne.

I prefer Jeremy. I don't like the way Dermot says 'so such and such is the answer' then adds you think! So people think they have got the right answer then he says its not.

No I don't. I think he is urbane and just the sort of presenter that this light-hearted quiz needs.

I have watched Eggheads for years and am seriously thinking of stopping now Jeremy Vine is on so much - much prefer Dermot.
Jeremy Vine is very irritating (as is Daphne) especially so calling Dave "tremendous knowledge Dave" even when he has just lost a round! I think that is insulting to Kevin and Pat who really do know a lot. I answer far more questions correctly than Dave does.
