I said to mrsfactor it was Catweazle when she said he looked familiar. But the Catweazle actor is 89- surely much older than this actor- and I can see nothing on google about him being in Atlantis

Catweazle was played by Geoffrey Bayldon, I think the chap in Atlantis is Karl something, he was in Larkrise to Candleford can't think of his surname at the moment
