I have received an email to print out. (holyday tickets)- but the PDF just opens as gobbledygook! how do I convert it to plain English. do I need to download a reader or something? thanx in advance. . . . . .

I'm assuming you do not have a pdf reader and are trying to open it on your pc or laptop. You can download and install from here (remove the tick for an optional McCaffee scan) http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ or better still a pdf reader from Foxit http://www.foxitsoftware.com/Secure_PDF_Reader/
