Elserly Cat In Hi Vis Jacket

I went yesterday to local hospital with my daughter, crossing the road in front of us was the oldest cat I have ever seen ,walking very slow ,thin and with bald patches , my first thought was omg that poor cat but he was wearing a hi visible yellow jacket with his address , name and phone number he walked with attitude as if to say look at me lol he was still enjoying a quality of life bless him he was well known in the hospital grounds his owners in my mind deserve a medal for there care of this old gent x
