Huge Spiders

Just went in the bathroom & there's a ginormous spider in the bath. Where do they come from and how come they only seem to appear at night? (It's huge - I'm not getting it out.)

I'm the same as you Boxy, don't Like spiders but can't kill them! I had a go at a woman at work last week because she gleefully danced and squished a spider that was disturbed and ran across the floor! It actually really irked me that she did it that I followed her into the next room and told her there was no need for that! Shes not scared of them btw, she just likes to kill them!

Drape a towel over the bath and it'll have something it can grip and get itself out of the bath trap. It'll be gone by morning. It only comes out of the plughole if some unkind person has tried to wash it down there previously. Look at it this way, it's a friend removing all those horrid house flies for you. You want it to carry on doing so.

Yuck! I don't kill spiders, just once I've seen them they have to go outside (because I am not overly keen AND I don't want one of eye little peeps waking me up at stupid o'clock to capture it).
