I must admit, we do shop in Lidl on occasions, I hate the place but Carakeel being brought up in Germany quite like it.

As Peter Kay says, shopping in Lidl, Aldi etc is like shopping when abroad on holiday. You know all the products, but the brands are all slightly different. i.e. Heenz ketchup, Johnny Winker whiskey, Smorniff vodka etc
