I think Penny Smith is top totty and far better than Fiona "Dopey Bimbo" Phillips! With regards to the latter, who in the ir right mind parks their car in a supermarket car park and then (when she can't remembner where she put it) phones the Police and reports it stolen AND asks for a lift home!!!! She admitted on air a while a go to doing that on more than one occasion - silly tart!
