That is a very random question Triggs!

From bitter experience I would not cook a £50 joint of beef in my new oven......I'd leave it until I was confident with the heat distribution and overall temp......

I'd probably cook a really familiar recipe that I know exactly how it turns out in my old oven and use it as my bench mark for adjusting to a new oven.

Do you have a new ovn or are you looking to treat me when you claim you PB winnings?

Eccles...he may be intending to treat you...he is abusing me and will never get to ride on my tandem...I am distraught!...:-(

I always do scones in a new oven.......that tells me how it bakes....x
