Help For The Philipines

I have a lot of clothes I have been meaning to take to the charity shop but I am wondering if they can be sent to the Philipines to help those poor people who have lost their homes and everything they owned.
Does anyone know where I can contact etc.

I have no idea im afraid., but i heard on the news this morning that they have sent two Royal Navy war ships out there with aid so its on its way.

Yes,I saw that on my PC this morning...I remember some years back a collection for the tsunami out Thailand way..but can`t remember how.
