Need advise here please. Final Divorce court order asked ex to buy me out of 2nd property. Ex has not complied by part of the money and leaving a short fall in excess of 7K.

Ex has a huge pension pot from work. Can I apply to the court to recover the shorfall from his pension pot after since the Decree Absolute has been issued?

If so what court forms shall I use?

You may be able to steal some of his pension for retirement purposes but not just to pay some arbitrary debt.
I agree you can't just grab some of his pension 'pot' you may be able to claim some of the actual pension payments, you need a solicitor.
The Court has the power to order the sale of any capital asset, they do not usually ask; some not all orders can be changed. The Court is able to impose a charge on the property and can execute the sale document if there is no cooperation if your ex has been ordered by the court to take an action and has not complied with the order inform the Court who will be helpful but will not give legal advice.
