Youtube Suddenly Not Loading

I'm running a windows 7 laptop - in the last week youtube has stopped loading. i use chrome as my web browser. i have probably omitted key words which will make intelligent persons mock me but.......why?

Go to Programs & Features (via the Control Panel), locate 'Adobe Flash Plugin' in the list of installed programs and remove it.

Restart your computer.

Go here and reinstall Adobe Flash Player:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
(NB: Deselect the option to install McAfee Security Scan Plus).

Cross your fingers and try Youtube again.

Further to what Buenchico has mentioned when you eventually get to log on to You tube make sure you log in with your Google account to enable all of the features as you only get the basic ones without login . If you don't have a Google account get one its free.
