Help Please With Shockwave

On Firefox when I play Criminal Case via Facebook it has started to crash daily during play, and a panel saying send report or refresh

When I log on with F/F again I just get a blue screen that sometimes flashes then I cant get back on-line except with Internet Explorer which I am using now.

I have tried refresh, system restore and done a scan, but still cant get back on-line with F/F.

Any help please?

Hi again trt.... I am anxious to get your comp back as it should be. However I am now getting very concerned that you are continually having problems with Pups....not one or two, but by the hundreds. I can only think that you are visiting very dodgy sites.

In fact I suddenly thought that you had previously posted on the question of what would happen if you re-loaded Firefox and have discovered the following. :-
